4:30 p.m. Afternoon Workshops that will provide:
- Open conversations about mental health
- Tools for coping, healing, and self-care
- A safe space for sharing and support
Workshop #1: “Breaking the Silence” (Adults ages 19 and over) – facilitated by Trudean Scott-Elliot, MA, LLPC
Workshop #2: “Children, Adolescents, and Mental Health” (Children 8-18 years old) – facilitated by Marcia McIntosh, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
