New Hope SDA’s Pathfinder Club’s 9th Annual Thanksgiving Outreach: A Feast for the Community

In a heartwarming display of kindness and generosity, the New Hope Panthers served up a bountiful Thanksgiving feast and served over 400 plates to individuals in the Ellenwood community and beyond. The Pathfinder Club’s annual outreach event has become a beloved tradition, and this year’s efforts did not disappoint.

Thanks to generous contributions from church members and friends, the event was a resounding success. Gaye-Nola Hendricks, former Director of New Hope’s Pathfinder Club and current Pathfinder Area Leader for North Georgia West, played a pivotal role in making it happen. What started as a passion project for Hendricks has blossomed into an annual event that draws over 20 adult, teen, and pre-teen volunteers who come together to serve others. The youth are so engaged in this activity that there is no doubt that this tradition will continue to be a beacon of light in our church and community.
